张立强副院长向参会家长们介绍了中本贯通班级培养模式的特点以及汽车服务工程专业的总体培养方案。他对全体家长长期以来支持和配合学院的工作表示感谢，并就如何形成家校育人合力，促进学生更高质量更充分的就业分享了自己的思考。他指出：一要清醒认识、高度重视，希望家长和同学们都能够清晰认清当前严峻的就业形势，科学理性的做好职业定位和选择，增强学业、就业上的主动性，增强“机不可失时不再来”的紧迫感；二要加强沟通、注重引导，建议家长加强与学生沟通交流，掌握学生就业意向，引导学生确立合理的就业目标；三要家校联动，凝心聚力，一方面家校要共同持续关注学生在毕业年级的身心健康，疏解就业带来的心理压力，培育积极的就业心态，另一方面，家校在学生就业选择、指导帮扶等方面要进一步凝聚共识，加强协作，形成积极双向的家校联动模式，共同做好学生学业、就业等工作，推动落实就业这一最大的民生工程。
汽车服务工程系主任、中本贯通专业负责人马其华老师针对中本贯通毕业班的学生就业情况做了深入交流，并对学生就业情况提出了建议。汽车服务工程系副主任骆佼老师详细解读了学生的成绩和毕业情况，任洪娟老师从家长的角度分析了学生积极就业的重要意义。学院就业工作辅导员李振老师结合当前就业形势进行了分析和交流，辅导员刘献博老师汇报了学生学业及在校表现，同时针对学生学习和生活中遇到的问题进行了交流。
在家长交流互动环节中，参会家长们纷纷对学院一直以来对学生学习、生活和就业方面的关心和帮扶表示感谢，并表示将会积极与学院老师保持沟通，共同推动学生的学业和就业工作。
